Beautiful Skin in 2 Weeks with the Keto Diet

Beautiful Skin in 2 weeks with the Keto Diet

The fad of the Keto Diet is still going strong and the benefits are more than just loosing weigth, it actually improves your skin’s texture, glow and firmness.  If you follow the diet and it’s strict ingredients, then you can see for yourself these improvements within just a few weeks.  Before we continue, let’s outline what the Keto Diet is all about and then outline how it improves the skin.

The Ancients Indigenous people ate mostly a Keto diet.  The men hunted for their foods, while the women processed the farming foods for their meals.  Wheat of course was available, but usually harder to process into how our current society’s bleached white flour that is processed.  In fact, today’s flour is turned into sugar immediately upon consumption.  That was always so with the ancients.

The Break Down of Ketosis

Essentially, the Ketogenic Diet, or aka Keto Diet, is based on how and what you eat in order to put the body into a process called ketosis which produces ketones for energy.  Ketosis is a natural process the body initiates when there aren’t enough carbs, so it uses fat for energy instead.  In this state ketones are produced from the breakdown of fats in the liver.  The body becomes very efficient and effective at burning fat.  The diet was created in the 1940s to help reduce seizures in epileptic patients.  Over time people began to adapt it for weight loss and other health-related lifestyle changes.

The Keto Diet requires 65-70% fats, 25-30% protein, and 5% carbs.  Thus by limiting the carbohydrates,  fat becomes the primary source of energy for the body.  As if Carbs are not burned immediately when eaten, your body will produce  insulin  will store them as body fat.  This diet requires less than 20 grams of carbs per day.

Traditional foods include all meats, fish, eggs various green vegetables, oils such as avocado or coconut, nuts, plain greek yogurt and cheeses.  Usually two-four weeks will get you the results of loosing weight, but also clearing your system of toxins helping resolve or improving upon a multitude of conditions.  Avoid foods fried in hydrogenated oil, all soy products, rice, bread, alcohol, starchy vegetables  and anything containing carbs or sugars.  Vegetables contain some carbs and that’s why there is an allowance for some carbs, for those they can be limited amounts which include tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, and cauliflower.  Very few fruits are included, only a small portions of berries can be eaten on the diet.

It might seem counterintuitive to eat more fat in order to lose  fat, but its all about shifting the way that the body metabolizes food for energy.  It may also seem like acne would increase when eating higher amounts of fat, but in theory the liver is processing

The Keto Diet can help manage breakouts and improve your Skin

When your body enters ketosis, your body is uses only slow-burning fats rather than fast-burning sugars which helps with keeping insulin levels low and consistent. The Keto Diet also lowers the body’s inflammation through the liver detoxification support from all the quality amino acids, minerals and fiber from cruciferous vegetables.  Furthermore, The antioxidants in the Keto Diet helps rid the body of free radicals and protects the skin from sun damage that can accelerate aging.

However BEWARE that if you go back to eating carbs, the weight and complexion issues will come immediately back!  So it’s best to phase off the diet to help the body transition well.

Goddess Nectar with Apples and Honey

Goddess Nectar with Apples and Honey

Treating our skin with amazing all natural organic foods is what I like to call Goddess Nectar.  And two super foods that have a significant historical records from folklore, legends, stone images on carved tablets, tomb offerings, and overwhelming numbers of references from Hebrew Bible scriptures are Honey and the Apple.  Enjoying Honey and Apple reminds us of our historic connection with the ancient ancestors.

The Ancient world of Honey

Honey was found in the ancient tombs of Pyramids, including the famous grave of Tutankhamon approximately 3,000 years ago and still considered perfectly edible. The secret behind honey’s eternal shelf life is a range of factors: Hydrogen peroxide, acidity and lack of water work together to make this sticky substance last forever.  The ancient Egyptians used honey for a multitude of purposes including as a sweetener, a gift for the gods and an ingredient in embalming fluid.

However the oldest honey was discovered in ancient Georgia in the Borjomi Region. The archeologists found two potteries with the human remains in the mounds.  Georgian Archeologists think the Georgian honey is two thousands years older than the Egyptian honey found in Tutankhamon’s tomb.  As in ancient Egypt, ancient Georgia also prepared honey for people’s journeys into the afterlife.  Including more than one type of honey such as linden, berry, and a meadow-flower variety.

According to the researches, the Georgian honey dates 5500 years, while Egyptian dates just 3000-3500 years. According to the scientists the human remains, that were found in the grave, was the first be-master woman. There was found different species of honey in the grave. It gives the terms that Georgia was declared as ‘The Land of Honey.’

Honey Benefits on the Skin

Honey is just an amazing element with several benefits to the skin. It not only moisturizes skin but it’s also an antioxidant and anti-fungal. If you have issues with Acne, honey will assist with acne prevention. It also enables the pores to open for proper cleansing. Honey has specific enzymes of which the skin will absorb. Honey offers strong antibacterial and antimicrobial benefits as a natural antioxidant to aid in healing skin abrasions. Honey can also sooth the skin to counteract any irritation.

The bees swarm their environment and collect the sugar-rich nectar of a variety of flowers. That’s why it’s highly encouraged to treat yourself with local honey so you are in contact with these varieties and help lower any possibilities of affecting allergies.  Nutritionally, 1 tablespoon of honey, approximately 21 grams, contains 64 calories and 17 grams of sugar, including fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose.  And it contains virtually no fiber, fat or protein.  Honey is made up of bioactive plant compounds and antioxidants. Darker types tend to be even higher in these compounds than lighter types.

High-quality honey contains many important antioxidants to help with several health factors. These includes phenols, enzymes and compounds like flavonoids and organic acids.  The benefits include lowers heart disease by improving the bad for you cholesterol.  Through it’s assistance with atherosclerosis, which is the fatty buildup in the arteries that can lead to heart attacks and strokes.  Interestingly, several studies have shown that honey reduce the LDL “bad” cholesterol, while significantly raising HDL “good” cholesterol.

Honey also helps those concerned with elevated blood triglycerides, which is another risk factor of heart disease.  Triglyceride levels tend to increase on a diet that is high in sugar and refined carbs which is why honey is often referred to replace sugar in recipes.  In fact, studies have linked regular honey consumption with 11-19% lower triglyceride levels, especially when it is used to replace sugar.

Honey may also help the arteries as the heart dilates or pumps by increasing blood flow to the heart. Plus honey may also help prevent the formation of blood clots, which can lead to heart attacks and strokes.

Studies also show honey as an effective alternative for respiratory conditions where over the counter or prescriptions are not utilized.

The Ancient world of the Apple

Going back to the ancient days of Egypt and Persia, archeologists uncovered petrified remains of apple slices that were found in a saucer of an ancient Mesopotamian tomb of a royalty burial site dating back to 2500 BC in southern Iran.

We see this amazing fruit of paradise recurs in the history of many other ancient civilizations.  Historical instances on the existence of apple trees are documented from folklore, legends, stone images on carved tablets, petrified slices of apples on plates for tomb offerings, and overwhelming numbers of references from Hebrew Bible scriptures.   One of the earliest archeological evidences of apple tree fruit comes from the remains of excavations from Jericho, Jordan, that has been dated 6500 BC by radiochemical analysis of carbon atoms.

The interest shown in apples by the Greek and Roman philosophers, poets, historians, and literary masters was even extended to Renaissance painters, royal chefs to the Tsars of Russia and too many other references to mention.

In ancient times apples were considered so special that individuals would use a sharp utensil or their nails to hand-carve their personal hopes and prayers into the apple skins before they were eaten. And the Zohar, a 13th-century Jewish mystical text, states that beauty – represented by God – “diffuses itself in the world as an apple.”

Benefits of Apples on the Skin

Apples may mitigate the effects of asthma, brain health, bone health, pulmonary function while promoting anti-cholesterol, blood oxygenation, red blood cell count, proper digestion and even weight loss. Apples are high in fiber and Vitamin C, low in calories, have only a trace of sodium, and no fat or cholesterol. They are high in minerals and polyphenols, which function as antioxidants.  Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.

Goddess Nectar with Apples and Honey

Combining Apples with Honey is just a special treat and should be taken on an empty stomach. If you treat yourself to desert, wait about 30 minutes before indulging as it can disrupt the digestion if eating high protein meals.

Be sure to seek out local organic apples with the brightest red version you can find.  Also seek out the same for your honey, raw organic and local.  Ensuring organic means that less toxins would be infused in your nectar.   Also be sure to wash your apples throughly to ensure any environment elements are removed before consuming.

Simply slice the organic local apple into small slices and drizzle with local organic raw honey. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed for a delicious treat.  If you are serving for a group and want the apple slices not to brown, squeeze lemon juice on them to retain the color and enhance the flavor.

And most importably, enjoy!

Get your skin’s PH level back to Normal

Get your skin’s PH level back to Normal

Your skin can easily tilt off its normal pH level, certain products, foods, environmental elements, sleep and stress are just a few to produce wrinkles, inflammation, rashes, sensitivity, or acne.  The science behind it is simple, pH stands for “potential hydrogen” and is used to describe the acid-alkaline ratio of a substance. The range is from the most acidic or 0  to the most alkaline or 14.

Your body’s overall pH level is about 7, so scientists consider the body to be basic. However, your skin’s pH is slightly lower at a level of about 5.5. This means that your skin is slightly acidic. Common soaps and cosmetics are closer to 8-10 PH, which is alkaline.

Get your Skin ph Level back to Normal

The skin’s barrier, which is known as the acid mantle, is responsible for keeping in lipids and moisture while blocking germs, pollution, toxins, and bacteria.  If the acid mantle should becomes too alkaline, skin becomes dry and sensitive causing extreme sensitivities like inflammation, rashes or even eczema.  On the other hand if skin becomes acidic, the skin twill lead to breakouts.

Ensuring the skin’s barrier function is working properly, regular balancing can be necessary especially as we age.  Every decade of life our skin becomes more alkaline, resulting in a variety of undesirable changes and skin disorders ranging from wrinkles to pigmentation and even acne.

Alkaline conditions within the skin harness acne causing bacteria and as alkalinity increases with age, a complexion previously unmarred by breakouts might experience problems later in life.  Monthly alpha-hydroxy-acid-based facials can boost your overall skin texture, pump up cell turnover, and keep the acid mantle in check. Use a low-strength salicylic acid like 12% or higher for taking care of minor wrinkles at 20%.

If you are unsure of what would work best for your skin, then start with the lower percentages and work higher.  Two great ways is with honey mask and an apple cider vinegar toner.  Start including these into your skin routine every few days to keep your skin’s ph level normal.

It’s also a great source of antioxidants to protect your skin from harsh UV rays. So eating honey and using it on your skin as a wash or a masque is a great way to support your glow and keep your skin pH balanced! Remember, using raw, organic honey is important—processing honey removes all the beautiful phytonutrients.

Organic Eye Lash Night Serum

For those of us who wear eye make-up everyday, our eye lashes can take a beating when it’s time to clean the face.  I use a facial oil to remove make-up and then utilize a facial cleanser to gently wash off all traces of make-up.  Being gentle is the key, but what if you could do more?   And if you find yourself not getting enough fat soluble vitamins, b-vitamins, vitamin C and collagen, you may find that your eyelashes, skin and hair may become impacted.  To keep eye lashes strong and even a bit more longer and thicker, try this Organic eye lash night serum as the last eye topical treatment in your nightly facial regimen. It will really help your eye lashes maintain their proper growth cycle and look healthy for layering mascara.

  1. Cleanse the face before bedtime
  2. Moisture the face with your typical nightly regimen
  3. Use a clean mascara brush and dip it into pure cold pressed castor oil
  4. Apply the castor oil to the lashes just as you would mascara
  5. Allow the castor oil to set at least for 20 minutes before placing any part of your eye area on a pillow

It may take up to six weeks for any noticeable difference.  As any hair growth is predetermine through a preset function of the body. Hair generally follows a three-phase growth cycle and ends by eventually falling out.

Anagen or Growth Phase

Lashes are actively growing in this phase, lasting between 30 and 45 days. Around 40% of the upper lashes and 15% of the lower lashes are in the anagen phase at any one time. Each lash will grow to a specific length and then stop.

Catagen or Transition Phase

During this phase, lashes actually stop growing.  The hair follicle shrinks since it has completed it’s process.  If an eyelash falls out during this phase, it won’t grow back right away because the follicle needs to complete the catagen phase before it can move on to the next one. This phase lasts around 2 to 3 weeks.  This is why it’s very important to keep the eye lashes healthy.

Telogen or Resting Phase

This phase can last over 100 days before the eyelash falls out and a new one begins to grow.  Each individual lash is in its own phase of the growing cycle and the process is continually working. It typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks to fully replace an eyelash.

Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging

Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging

Who would have ever thought shakes would be the way to go for anti-aging, but after you read this article, you will believe.  After all, science is behind this amazing new trend.

Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging

Historically, this is not a new concept. But what is new, is the need to incorporate this supplement into the daily diet.  In China, there is a tradition of consuming certain foods to rejuvenate the complexion.  Empress Dowager Cixi, who ruled as regent from 1861 to 1908 regularly consumed donkey skin.  And even today in China it is well known for their cooking with the entire animals in soups and dishes.  Collagen-dense diets tend to have beautiful ageless skin.  Japan has boomed with trends centered around incorporating collagen into fruit flavored shots, drinks, teas and even beer.  The asian diets are usually consuming at least 6 grams of collagen in different forms.  In the U.S. where boneless and skinless is the norm, there is little of any collagen consumption.

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides can be derived from cow, pith, fish, and poultry sources.  There are no vegetable alternatives, but hopefully science will work on that one. The bioactive peptides are activate the body’s own physiological processes to produce more collagen.

Fish collagen is more easily absorbed by our bodies than the other animal choices, due to its lower molecular weight and size, which allows the collagen to be absorbed at a higher level through the intestinal barrier into the bloodstream.  The body then distributes the  collagen to the joint tissues, bones, skin dermis and many other essential body systems.  Additionally Marine Collagen Peptides powder is very affordable and is a pure, near flavorless, easily mixable and easily digestible that directly support the body’s own collagen production.

Collagen is a protein that defines the structural integrity of our bodies.  In fact, Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, and can be found in bones, skin, muscles, eyes, nails, ligaments, tendons, joints, and hair.  With out maintaining the proper supplements, our skin and muscles to sag, our hair to thin, and our nails to become brittle and cracked.

Unfortunately, as we age our natural collagen production decreases significantly.  Woman typically stop producing collagen in their mid to late 20’s.  Turning 30 means the collagen production begins a long, unyielding decline and the first fine lines and wrinkles appear on their face.  After age 30, our collagen level drops 1%-2% every year.  By age 40, we have lost 10%-20% of our collagen. By 50, we are down 20%-40%. And it goes on and on.  For men this progression begins after the age of 40 with the same type of significant decline.  Even those who take extremely great care of their overall health and skin will eventually see these results.  It causes the skin and muscles to loose elasticity and begin to sag.  Also the hair and nails become brittle and thin.

Thankfully there is a way to boost natural collagen production, working from the inside out.  Marine collagen supplementation is able to counteract the affects of aging and promote a more youthful appearance by supplying a boost and a restructuring effect of the optimum levels of well-organised collagen fibres to ensure the skin and muscle fibers retains elasticity, firmness plus its moisture also called the binding capacity.

Hair improvements are just amazing.  Daily Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging has been shown to support the body’s hair building proteins, which help to grow longer, thicker and moisturized hair.  Collagen can also assist in hair growth, because as an antioxidant it fights off free radicals that can affect your hair’s texture, growth and thickness.  Restoring collagen in the hair shaft can strengthen hair and even increase the diameter of each individual hairs, giving the hair an overall fuller appearance.

Nails also receive support.  In fact, when taken daily for several weeks, most users report stronger nails, thicker hair, and smoother, as well as more vibrant skin.

The Cellulite Challenge

Daily Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging can also reduce the appearance of Cellulite.  The under layer of our skin is 95% collagen as cellulite is caused by a breakdown in collagen fibers in the skin.  This breakdown allows for the fatty tissue to push upwards into the upper layer of the epidermis creating a popcorn look on the outside of the skin.  As we age the skin will slowly thin, making cellulite more apparent because the skin becomes thinner and less able to conceal the irregularities below the surface. These changes can occur in woman from hormonal imbalances, aging, dehydration and hereditary.  Daily Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging can supplement the skin to strengthen the collagen fibers under the skin. This will assist in smoothing out the skin and diminishing the appearance of cellulite.

One of the benefitual side effects is a decreased appetite.  Hydrolysed collagen has a very satiating effect and helping to promoting weight loss.  For those who loose weight, this is also helpful in the tightening of loose skin.

Daily Marine Collagen Peptides Shakes for Anti-Aging also helps with acne.  Collagen helps decrease the inflammatory response and helps promote tissue healing.  Collagencin, an antibacterial peptide from fish collagen, can reduce anti-bacteria.

Another side benefit is the help to your joints.  Collagen plays an important role in helping reduce the discomfort associated with  arthritis.

Adding collagen to your daily diet promotes appetite control. Adding at least 10 grams of collagen protein powder to juices, shakes and teas daily will be

Fish Collagen Nutrition

The exact nutritional content of fish collagens varies. Here’s an example of a 10-gram serving of hydrolyzed fish collagen, which contains about: (9)

  • 45 calories
  • 9.4 grams protein
  • 10 milligrams sodium
  • 0.07 milligrams potassium
  • 0.05 milligrams calcium
  • 0.04 milligrams iron

Since we don’t tend to eat the parts of the fish containing collagen which is mainly made up of skin and scales, making homemade fish stock or supplementing with collagen is the next best thing.

Selecting the best product:

Marine Collagen Peptides is available as a pill, liquid or powder. You should choose one that comes from a reputable company and is non-GMO and gluten-free.  Makes sure it has no fillers, sugar, artificial flavors or artificial preservatives.  Studies show that including hyaluronic acid and vitamin C included in your marine collagen supplement because they aid the absorption of collagen. Jasmine Almond Beeswax Perfume Recipe

Jasmine Almond Beeswax Perfume Recipe

As we approach the summer, it’s a perfect time to incorporate a Beeswax perfume to your fragrance collection as the body temperatures increase with warmer weather.  Beeswax are solid perfumes that are great to have in smaller pocket sized containers for on the go and traveling.

Beeswax absolute has a stronger scent as it has an unusually large amount of naturally occuring phenylacetic acid which is green, floral, sweet honey-like odor when diluted.  A small amount will go a long way and is generally used to offset strong floral notes.  It also has an added benefit of antiseptic properties.

The ancient Greeks and Egyptians used Jasmine as as an essential oil in aromatherapy, as it was thought to offer various healing effects.  Breathing in the scent of jasmine has the power to release feel-good brain chemicals that boost energy as well as reduce anxiety.  Recent research has indicated that inhaling jasmine oil is said to transmit messages to a brain region involved in controlling emotions.  This is also commonly known as the limbic system,  which influences the nervous system.  Inhaling Jasmine oil can affect a number of biological factors, including heart rate, stress levels, blood pressure, breathing, and immune function.
Jasmine oil is often used as a natural remedy for stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, menstrual cramps, menopausal symptoms and even as an aphrodisiac.

The name Jasmine is derived from the Persian yasmin which means “a gift from God” so named because of the intense fragrance of the blooms.
The scent rising off the petals is sweet and intoxicating.
Jasmine is found in more than 83% of all women’s scents and 33% of men’s. Jasmine oils can also help bolster skin’s immunity and protect skin from invading offenders especially as the seasons change.

Our other ingredient is Rosehip Oil which is expected to smell of roses, when in fact this wonderful hedgerow shrub is much more herbacious and earthy.  The ancient Egyptians and Mayans used it to hydrate their skin.  Rosehip is extracted from the seeds of a wild rose bush in the Southern Andes and is filled with provitamin A, omega-3 and essential fatty acids that help with wrinkles, dark-spots and even acne.

Combining these ingredients with almond oil can take a twist with floral and musky elements perfect for Spring and Summer months.

Container for perfume (mint tins, empty eye cream jars or lip balm containers)

Being Gentle with Sensitive Skin

Being Gentle with Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is found in over half of American women and at least a quarter of newly debuting products are made specifically for sensitive skin.  It’s really becoming the norm to have skin red, itchy, tight and even inflamed skin as people use various different products to target and combat various different skin issues.  Anti-aging and Acne products are the most used and the ones that can lead you to sensitive skin.  And then there are those born with sensitive skin such as skin disorders like eczema, rosacea, or allergic contact dermatitis, sensitive skin can develop over time for several reasons. In fact, almost everyone is sensitive so something that can cause irritation to the skin whether it’s real or just perceived.  Even just one irritate can make normal skin sensitive or sensitized.  Ultimately the skin is unable to properly protect nerve endings  which leads to the red, itchy, tight and inflamed skin.  One thing the scientists do agree on is that sensitive skin is typically an orthergic phenomenon or caused by some previous phenomenon

Here’s a list of causes that can lead to sensitive skin:

– Over cleansing skin
– Over exfoliating the skin
– Super dry skin
– Injured skin
– Extreme environmentally exposures (sun, wind, cold)

How to restore your skin after an irritation

If you find yourself in this position, it’s best to avoid any or all of the above as best as you can.  And you’ll need to change your cleansing regime to include organic soap-free cleansers to lessen irritation.  Always include a moisturizer to help skin hold on to moisture in order to resist dryness and possible abrasions. Look for products without fragrance, sodium laurel sulfate (binds to the skin proteins and doesn’t rinse off cleanly), alkaline, alcohol, salicylic acid, soap, antibacterial, deodorant, alcohol, retinoids or alpha-hydroxy acids until your skin has healed. Moisturizers containing B5 (helps sooth skin), shea butter, antioxidants, petrolatum, mineral oil, linoleic acid, ceramides, dimethicone, or glycerin can be helpful to sensitive skin.  After washing your face, remember to rinse with lukewarm water.  Follow up with diluted apple cider vinegar as a toner to maintain the proper pH level of the skin.

Apple Cider Vinegar Toner Directions:

1- Pour 1 part Organic Raw Apple Cidar Vinegar into a glass jar, bottle or container.

2- Add 2 parts distilled or filtered water

Products utilizing fermented ingredients mirror the skin’s ecosystem can help deflect irritants. If the skin’s pH gets out of balance, it becomes inability to resist bacteria and germs lessens which can lead to irritation, blemishes, dermatitis and other related skin problems. The skin’s optimal slightly acidic pH level will help recent cracking and brittleness. The body’s overall pH level is around a 7, however your skin’s pH is slightly lower at a level of around 5.5.

Also, move to an organic foundation (face powder or a silicone-based foundation) and look out for irritates within eye liners, eye shadows and mascara that may contain latex or even nickel. Even waterproof eye make up require additional products to remove them effectively, so it’s best to limit the number of products that comes into contact with the skin. Include a SPF of 20 or higher, even if you don’t plan to go out in the sun as sensitive skin will react more adverse to the sun.

And lastly, take a look at hold old your products are as they do expire. Most beauty experts can suggest a maximum date of three months for make up products as they come into contact with the skin or lashes. But read up on the products you select to ensure you have the appropriate throw out date.

New Research on Sensitive Skin

New research is suggesting that instead of continually exfoliating and breaking down the skin layers to help products absorb better, we should be strengthening the skin layers rather than striping them.

New products like the self utilizing hydrolyzed salmon roe protein derived from an enzyme young salmon release at birth to break down their eggshells can help with healing sensitive skin while producing anti-aging results through exfoliation. These enzymes gently exfoliate sensitive skin without causing redness, itchiness or flakiness because unlike traditional exfoliators. because the enzyme itself is living and constantly working.  Think of it as a slow process that works just a well as a faster scrub but over a longer period of time.

Acne is difficult to treat with sensitive skin, as products for acne usually include alcohol and salicylic acid which can also lead to irritations within the skin.  New research has found that Copaiba essential oil, made from resin tapped from trees in the Amazon jungle. Copaiba essential oil has molecules that fight both infection and inflammation.  It can also reduce blemishes with continual useage.

Keep in mind that even the scientific community is unable to define ‘sensitive’ skin and also market according to specific relief such as ‘hypoallergenic’ products as there are no federal standards governing manufacturers’ use of the term “hypoallergenic.”
